NPBSC Mission
Our mission is to create an environment where each swimmer has the opportunity to excel to the best of their abilities. We believe that through swimming, our athletes will learn valuable life skills. We strive to develop in our swimmers the work ethic, personal responsibility, and the discipline necessary to be successful in and out of the pool.
Our Coaching Philosophy
All swimmers in our program are equally important, thus we have created several training groups, where athletes have an opportunity to excel to the best of their abilities. We believe that the aerobic development and the teaching of proper technique is the foundation for long term success in swimming. We believe in well thought out, progressive training plan for all our swimmers. We believe that the parent, swimmer and coach relationship is vital to the success of our program. Communication and cooperation between coaches and swimmers, coaches and parents, and swimmer and parents are key components to the success of the NPB Swim Clubs program. |
