Board of DirectorsThis Foundation was established in 1994 as a 501(c)3 tax exempt, tax deductible nonprofit corporation. It is organized for the purpose of helping fund the North Palm Beach Swim Club by purchasing training equipment, supplies, helping fund our state, regional and national swimmers and many other expenses to help keep the North Palm Beach Swim Club a highly successful program for the swimmers in the northern Palm Beach County area. A contribution to this Foundation is required of all North Palm Beach swimmers ranging from $25 to $50 each year. This amount is tax deductible.
Our goal is to be able to provide our athletes and coaches with the support and opportunity to compete on the local, state and national levels.
To provide our swimmers with the oppertunities to compete against the best and provide them with the most technological advanced training equipment.
To provide our coaches with the opportunity to be up to date with the latest technique and information.
To provide our families a family friendly social environment.

Advisory Board and Committee Chairperson have been appointed by the executive board.
The Advisory Board will support the coaching staff in creating a positive and supportive group of parents and volunteers, working towards the goal and purposes of the foundation.Communication Chairman Ricky Brough and Mark Leininger - Write articles about the club that may be submitted to the Palm Beach Sports Blog, Alumni newsletter and team’s website. - Help create and maintain bulletin board - Create a committee of parents, who would represent each training group from White to Gold. - Be part of a welcoming committee to new families. - Promote our program to local communities, private schools, church groups. - Help create program that may serve as community service hours for our athlete and bring our club closer to the community. Swim Meet Chair Jan Vandersluis and Scott Boggs - Responsible for recruiting timers, officials, & volunteers for a swim meet - Responsible for securing hospitality - Responsible for recruiting parents to become officials - Responsible for coordinating officials at all NPB meets - Will help maintain all NPB officials up to date and current
